Heroes’ Legacies
Here at Kelly Longtin Law we recognize the sacrifice that members of the First Responders community make on a daily basis to protect our families and loved ones.
As an Attorney who focuses solely on Estate Planning, I wanted to help First Responders put an estate plan in place that allows them to leave a loving legacy behind for their families. It saddens me that unions and agencies do not offer a program to our men and women who put themselves in harm’s way every day to make sure that the rest of the community can rest easy.
Coming from a Law Enforcement Family, I am acutely aware of the dangers faced by First Responders on a daily basis. I have many family members who served or are still active members of the Massachusetts and New Hampshire State Police. On October 3, 1994, my uncle, Sergeant James S. Noyes, head of the SWAT team for the New Hampshire State Police, was killed in the line of duty. He left a loving family behind, and his death had a profound impact on his community and especially on those who loved him.
Hence, Heroes’ Legacies was born; an estate planning program that focuses on the needs and concerns of the First Responders community, and also offers a discount, as a way of saying thank you for all that you do!
If you are a First Responder, such as a Firefighter, Police Officer, Paramedic, EMT or Military Personnel , you most likely took the job because you wanted to help others. And, like you, we at Kelly Longtin Law feel the same way. For that reason, our Heroes’ Legacies program offers a ten percent (10%) discount, as well as a free consultation, to all current and former First Responders:
- Firefighters
- Police Officers, including city, county and state police
- U.S. Military Personnel
- Paramedics and EMTs
“We are honored to be able to help those who protect and serve our country and our communities.”
